Program Participants Received Professional Consultation on Submitted Business Ideas

The Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA) continues to implement the Entrepreneurial Education Program designed for individuals displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. The program aims to support the economic reintegration of beneficiaries, expand self-employment opportunities, and encourage the development of new business initiatives.

As part of the program, training sessions were held from June 18 to July 10, led by Mihran Tadevosyan, a member of the RUEA Board and an expert consultant of the Armenian Association of Accountants. The training topics covered the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, beginning with an introduction to the essence and types of business, as well as core principles of management. Additionally, the procedures for business registration in the Republic of Armenia, legal regulations, tax system specifics, and the key responsibilities of entrepreneurs were discussed.

Participants were introduced to market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and learned how to assess target audiences, analyze competitors' activities, and forecast potential risks based on realistic economic indicators. During interactive discussions, participants presented their business ideas and received professional consultation from Mihran Tadevosyan.

Reminder: the program is being implemented with the support of the International Labour Organization (ILO) under the initiative "Developing the Capacities of ILO’s Authorized Partners for Preventing and Formalizing Informal Employment and Promoting the Transition, in the Context of the Refugee Crisis."
