From July 16 to 31, the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA), within the framework of its Capacity Building Program for members, organized practical series of seminars designed at the effective application of artificial intelligence (AI) in business processes.
The seminars aimed to equip RUEA member organizations with practical knowledge on AI technologies, support the development of digital transformation, foster the implementation of innovative solutions, and enhance competitiveness by addressing the needs of businesses across various sectors.
The training was led by experienced specialist Shavarsh Karapetyan, co-founder of Karapp LLC and the AI Academy, who presented the technological foundations of artificial intelligence and its limitless practical applications. Participants explored the fundamental principles of AI and its applicability across different sectors, ranging from market analysis to customer service and automation of production processes.
The training focused on applying AI to shape an organization’s strategic plan. Participants gained in-depth knowledge of:
- Crafting roadmaps for AI solution deployment,
- Managing organizational change effectively,
- Implementing marketing strategies with AI tools,
- Handling key business data and producing textual, animated, and other visual materials.
The seminar series offered a comprehensive program to enhance AI-related capabilities, equipping organizations with the knowledge required to implement AI solutions, apply them strategically, and manage organizational changes. By combining theoretical instruction with practical exercises and localized examples, participants gained the skills needed to effectively utilize AI tools in their own business environments.

30-04-2021On 30 April 2021, three RUEA representatives attended a meeting on the progress of the “Resource Saving and Clean Production” (RSCP) component of the “EU for the Environment” program. The main purpose of the meeting was to demonstrate the possible application of RSCP practices based on food / agriculture, construction materials and chemical industry, as well as to receive suggestions on partnership opportunities with other interested organizations.
